In the framework of the European project "e50 +: e-Skills to change the life of 50+" it has developed a guide that contains some case studies to promote the use of ICT among older people.
e50+ is framed within the initiative Grundtvig of the Lifelong Learning Programme promoted by the European Commission. Its aim is to examine the methodologies and to facilitate development of adult motivations for the digital inclusion of older people in four European regions of the United Kingdom, Romania, Iceland and Spain.
The best practices set out in the Guide try to solve many of the barriers that are currently facing senior citizens in Europe to use the Technology, and includes a set of tools that can be adopted by other institutions in order to design customized training to promote the use of ICT.
