IT security means providing information and raising awareness on the appropriate use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).

This was and still is the objective pursued by Fundación Dédalo when it first organised the IT Security Campaign, which is now held on an annual basis in collaboration with national top-ranking experts.

• Keeping professionals updated on next-generation security technologies and systems.
• Providing citizens with tools and practices leading to an improved security and trust within the web.
• Providing citizens with tools and practices leading to an improved security and trust within the web.
• Setting up annual meeting forums for organisations working for IT security.

The activities planned under the programme target the general public, grown-ups and young people alike.

The programme also includes more specialised activities for companies and professionals.
