Ciberstrategy

The project is an interregional cooperation initiative included in the European Community Initiative Program INTERREG III C (2000-2006) and it's 50% confinanced by FEDER.

Several strategical tools have been developed during the two years that the project has been implemented. These tools can be used by person in charge of Telecenters to provide these entities with the strategic tools that will enable them to become Reference Facilities for the Information Society in their regions.

The project was divided in 5 components:

1. Management and co-ordination.
2. Diagnosis of the current status and definition of a New Telecentres model of good practice.
3. Implementation of the New Model on a pilot basis in selected regions and review the experiences.
4. Definition and experience of the European Telecentres Net.
5. Promotion and dissemination.
